(UTV | COLOMBO) – Counting in Sri Lanka’s 9th Parliamentary Election commenced a short while ago in all 22 Electoral Districts breaking with the traditional count which used to be done on the night of the Election.
The counting of ballots of the Election has commenced at 71 counting centres across the country.
The first result is expected to be announced between 2.30 to 3.00 this evening (06).
