(UTV | COLOMBO) – The number of COVID-19 recoveries recorded in the country has increased to 479,629.
The Epidemiology Unit of the Ministry of Health said 447 COVID-19 patients were discharged from hospitals today.
The number of COVID-19 cases confirmed in the country increased to 524,937 following the detection of 746 patients yesterday.
32,041 persons are currently receiving treatment for the coronavirus at several facilities across the country.
