Another 304,000 Pfizer vaccine doses arrive in the island

(UTV | COLOMBO) – Another 304,000 doses of the Pfizer vaccine arrived in the island early this morning.

The consignment is part of the four million doses procured by Sri Lanka.

The 1,817kg weighing consignment arrived at the Katunayake International Airport on board a flight that landed at around 2am from the Netherlands via Qatar.

The stock has been transported to the central storages of the State Pharmaceuticals Corporation in specially designed vehicles.
