(UTV | COLOMBO) – A circular is scheduled to be issued today instructing all state institutions to take steps to use electricity and fuel sparingly.
The circular will be issued by the Secretary to the Ministry of Public Services, Provincial Councils and Local Government, JJ Rathnasiri.
The circular will be issued at the request of the Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka.
