(UTV | COLOMBO) – All state schools and government approved schools will commence the first term of the new academic year today.
The Ministry of Education decided to close schools for the Christmas holidays from the 23rd of December, 2021, till yesterday.
Accordingly, the Education Ministry said it plans to open schools while prioritising health guidelines, amidst the prevailing COVID-19 situation.
