(UTV | COLOMBO) -The Natural Hazards Early Warning Centre today issued an advisory for Heavy Rain and Winds.
According to the advisory, “Heavy showers above 100 mm can be expected at some places in Western, Sabaragamuwa and Central provinces and in Galle and Matara districts during next 24 hours.
Fairly strong gusty winds up to (40-50) kmph can be expected in the western slope of central hills, Northern, North-central, North-western and Southern provinces and in Trincomalee district.”
