(UTV | COLOMBO) – The police stated that a woman had committed suicide by jumping from the fifth floor of the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) building.
It is reported that the woman had arrived at the CID to provide a statement over financial fraud.
It was reported that she was accused of committing financial fraud of Rs 60 million.
Fort Police is reported to be conducting further investigation in this regard.
