(UTV|COLOMBO) – The water supply to several areas in the Colombo suburbs would be interrupted for 22 hours starting from 9.00 a.m Saturday (18) till 7.00 a.m Sunday (19). This is due to a power interruption by the Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB), the National Water Supply and Drainage Board (NWSDB) announced today.
Accordingly, the water supply to Colombo, Dehiwala-Mount Lavinia, Kotte, Kaduwela Municipal Council areas, Maharagama, Boralesgamuwa, Kolonnawa Urban Council areas, Kotikawaththa, Mulleriyawa Pradeshiya Saba areas and Rathmalana and Soysapura Housing schemes would be restricted for 22 hours.
