(UTV | COLOMBO) – As inter-provincial travel restrictions are strictly enforced, it is reported that all access roads to the expressway will be inspected for licences or permits issued for inter-provincial travel.
Accordingly, the Southern Expressway Authority states that vehicles without a valid permit will not be allowed on the expressway.
Accordingly, vehicles traveling to outlying areas using the Southern Expressway will be subjected to regular inspections and all vehicles without the required documents will be diverted.
