(UTV | COLOMBO) – Boyd Holbrook and Shaunette Renee Wilson have joined the cast of the fifth “Indiana Jones” film for Lucasfilm, the pair helping round out the main cast.
Harrison Ford is returning to the fedora and will be joined by Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Mads Mikkelsen and Thomas Kretschmann in a story that’s is at least partly expected to take place in 1960s New York City.
Holbrook (“Narcos,” “The Predator”) previously worked with Mangold on “Logan,” while Wilson was a regular on FOX’s “The Resident” along with appearances in “Billions” and “Black Panther”.
Mangold along with his “Ford v Ferrari” scribes Jez and John-Henry Butterworth penned the script while Steven Spielberg, Kathleen Kennedy, Frank Marshall, and Simon Emanuel produce. John Williams provides the score.
“Indiana Jones 5” is targeting a July 29th 2022 release.
