UTV | COLOMBO – Former LTTE fighter and leader of the Tamil Makkal Viduthalai Pullikal (TMVP, Sivanesathurai Chandrakanthan alias Pillayan has been invited to attend the swearing-in ceremony in Kandy tomorrow and accept a ministerial post.
A source close to Pillayan said that he is still unaware what post will be offered to him and if it will be a cabinet or non-cabinet post.
Pillayan, who is currently in remand prison, contested the just concluded General Election in the East on the TMVP ticket and secured a seat in Parliament.
