(UTV | COLOMBO) – National Organiser of the United National Party Former Parliamentarian Navin Dissanayake says the UNP will be able to claim around 40 seats in Parliament at the 2020 General Election.
Speaking to media in Ginigathhena, Dissanayake said the government has no plan to uplift the economy.
He said an evaluation cannot be carried out accurately, adding however that the UNP is confident it can secure 40 seats.
Dissanayake claimed the government does not have a plan to uplift the country and the people, and said therefore the public will understand that it is only the UNP that is capable of implementing a plan to revitalize the economy.
