Dambulla Economic Center to remain closed

The Dambulla Economic Center which was closed from Sunday 5 April till today Tuesday April 07, is to remain closed.

The Trade Association said that the Dambulla Economic Center will remain closed until further notice.

The Dambulla Economic Center plays a significant role in meeting the needs of the local vegetable and fruit market.

The decision to close the Dambulla Economic Center was taken to curb the spread of the coronavirus.

A special mechanism has been formulated to sell vegetables received at the Economic Center.
