UTV | COLOMBO – Fifteen persons have been arrested while trying to throw various contraband goods into the yard of the Kalutara Prison,
A senior official at the Police in Kalutara North said 12.5 grams of heroin, 19 tobacco leaves, two mobile phones, six SIM cards and two chargers were seized from them.
He said the suspects had been doing this for some time.
