(UDHAYAM, COLOMBO) – The Southern Expressway (E01), which was closed for motorists due to floods, was opened Wednesday afternoon (31) after the level of flood water receded, Police said.
The Kadawatha to Kokmaduwa stretch was earlier cleared for use by motorist.
