(UDHAYAM, COLOMBO) – Heavy traffic has been reported in and around Colombo due to heavy rain.
Police state that the reason behind the traffic situation being the extensive amounts of flooding occurring on the roads due to the heavy rain.
Many cross roads have been flooded as of now. Police have urged the public to be cautious while driving around the city throughout the day.
