(UDHAYAM, COLOMBO) – Northern Provincial Chief Minister C. V. Wigneshwaran announced that the final programme on commemorating the deceased during war time would be held on Thursday (18) in Mullaitivu, Mullivaikkal Beach.
This programme would commence at 9.30 a.m. tomorrow and Chief Minister Wigneshwaran requests from the public to remain silent for three-minutes and pay respect to the deceased.
