(UTV | COLOMBO) – Power cuts will continue today as well despite heavy showers in some areas in the country today.
Chairman of the Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka Janaka Ratnayake said the PUCSL has approved three-hour-and-20-minute power cuts for today.
Accordingly, areas A to L and P to W will have two-hour power cuts between 9am and 5pm and one-hour-and-20-minute power cuts between 5pm and 9pm tomorrow.
Meanwhile, the PUCSL has approved three-hour power cuts between 5am and 8am to areas M, N, O, X, Y and Z and three-hour power cuts between 6am and 9am to the area designated as CC.
