(UDHAYAM, COLOMBO) – Former Parliamentarian and Opposition leader of the Central province Renuka Herath passed away this morning (13th Monday)
Mrs. Herath was also Health Minister under President Ranasinghe Premadasa.
She was being treated at the Kandy General Hospital where her passing was announced.
Mrs. Herath was 72 years old at the time of her passing.
