(UDHAYAM, COLOMBO) – The individuals arrested in connection to the kidnap, assault and illegal detainment of journalist Keith Noyahr in 2008 are due to be produced at an identification parade today.
The identification parade will take place at the Mount Lavinia Magistrate’s Court.
Notice was issued for Keith Noyahr to be present for the identification parade.
The Magistrate during the last hearing informed Court that another identification parade will not be held if Keith Noyahr fails to be present in Court today.
The three army intelligence officers allegedly involved in the incident will be produced before Court this morning.
Keith Noyahr was subjected to this assault in 2008 while working at an English newspaper.
