(UTV|COLOMBO) – Notorious drug smuggler Sunil Shantha who fled from the Welikada Prison arrested by the Organised Crimes Police Division (OCPD) and the Special Task Force (STF) in Meemure, the Police said on Wednesday (12).
The suspect had escaped from the Welikada Prison on 07 November.
