(UTV|COLOMBO) – Two people were arrested while transporting a heroin haul weighing 3.257 kilograms and worth over Rs.30 million in a three-wheeler in Rajagiriya today, police said. The Police Narcotic Bureau officials have made the arrest and seized the heroin haul.
