(UTV | COLOMBO) – Former Prisons Intelligence and Security Division Commissioner Thushara Upuldeniya has been appointed as the new Commissioner General of Prisons effective yesterday (03).
Upuldeniya replaced T. M. J. W. Jayasiri Tennakoon, who has been transferred to the Ministry of Public Administration and Home Affairs with immediate effect.
