The Road Development Authority says the Southern Expressway, Katunayake Expressway and the Outer Circular Highway will be open to the public from Monday the 11th of May onwards.
Meanwhile, alongside the initiative to restore the country to normalcy on the 11th, it is expected to expand the activities of institutes including the Departments of Inland Revenue and Motor Traffic.
Normal operations of the Pettah Manning Market are also expected to resume on Monday.
