UTV | COLOMBO – The Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) secured 40,143 and 39,142 votes in Devinuwara electorate in Matara District and Ambalangoda in the Galle District respectively.
Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) obtained 9,009 votes in Devinuwara electorate and 8,202 votes in Ambalangoda electorate.
Meanwhile, Jathika Jana Balawegaya (JJB) obtained 4,196 and 2,321 votes respectively in both electorates while the United National Party (UNP) obtained 517 and 1,242 votes.
