(UTV | COLOMBO) -A holiday has been declared for Tamil medium schools on Tuesday (25) in view of the Diwali festival.
Hindu devotees will celebrate the Diwali festival on Monday (24).
The State Ministry of Education said in addition to Monday, Tuesday has also been declared a holiday for Tamil medium schools.
Relevant schools will function on Saturday, the 29th of October to cover the missed lessons.
