(UTV | COLOMBO) – Director General of Health Services Dr. Asela Gunawardena has given approval to the Education Ministry to resume school education as usual from next Monday (10).
At present the calling of school children to schools is done in batches following health sector instructions due to the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic situation.
But with the new decision of Health Ministry, all schoolchildren will have the opportunity to come to school together after a long time. Accordingly, the teaching and learning process will recommence as usual from coming Monday.
