Sajith promises to help plantation workers

UTV | COLOMBO – Former Minister Sajith Premadasa says he will uplift the livelihoods of the plantation workers after winning the General Election.

Speaking at an election rally in Hatton, the Former Minister said he intends on providing solutions to all issues faced by the estate sector workers and claimed that he will create more small-scale estate owners.

Premadasa added that after the victory of the Samagi Jana Balawegaya at the election, he will establish a development task force under the purview of the Prime Minister to work towards the betterment and development of estate sector workers.
