Rishad urges Govt. to identify actual criminals involved in Easter attack without convicting innocent for political gains

(UTV | COLOMBO) – Leader of the All Ceylon Makkal Congress (ACMC), former Minister Rishad Bathiudeen today (21) recalling the “Most unforgettable and unforgivable attack took place in the history of Sri Lanka,” stated that he is well aware of the sufferings caused due to terrorism as he is a person who was also victimised and came from the displaced community.

In a message to commemorate the first anniversary of the Easter Sunday bombings, the former Minister stressed that he “Pray for each and every victim of the attack and also urged the Government to take steps to identify the actual criminals involved with the attack rather than convicting innocent individuals for political gains.”
