Remains of the Lankan killed by a mob in Pakistan to arrive today

(UTV | COLOMBO) – The remains of the Sri Lankan national, who was killed by a mob in Sialkot, Pakistan on Friday, will be brought back to Sri Lanka today.

The Foreign Ministry issuing a statement said, the remains will be brought back at state expense and will be received by the next-of-kin at the Katunayake International Airport.

The Sri Lankan Airlines flight UL186 carrying the remains will land at the BIA from Lahore at around 5pm.
