(UTV | COLOMBO) – The price of fuel will be reduced with effect from midnight today (1).
Minister of Power and Energy Kanchana Wijesekera issuing a statement confirmed that fuel prices will be reduced.
Accordingly, a litre of 92 Octane will be reduced by Rs.40 to Rs.410 while a litre of 95 Octane will be reduced by Rs.30 to Rs.510.
The Minister noted that the price of other types of fuel will remain unchanged.
