(UTV|COLOMBO) – The National Election Commission has summoned all secretaries and representatives of recognized political parties for a meeting this morning.
A spokesperson of the Commission informed that the meeting will take place at the Secretariat at 9.30am.
This is the first meeting between the Election Commission and representatives of political parties since the announcement of the conduct of the General Election.
The Commission is expected to discuss a number of concerns pertaining to the conduct of the 2020 General Election.
