Over 140 tested for COVID-19 in Jaffna; Seven positive

(UTV | JAFFNA) – Over 140 individuals were tested for the COVID-19 virus at the Teaching Hospital in Jaffna.

According to the Director of the Teaching Hospital in Jaffna Dr. T. Sathiyamoorthy, the majority of them have been released and only 7 tested positive, the State-run Daily News reported.

He added, the blood samples were sent to Colombo and the results later showed the positive cases.
