Navy disinfects Galle to Beliatta Railway Stations

(UTV | COLOMBO) – As a measure of controlling the spread of the new coronavirus in the country, Sri Lanka Navy conducted sterilization programmes at all railway stations from Galle to Beliatta, on 11th May 2020.

In view of making safe environment for the passengers who use the train to travel their working places with the lifting of the curfew, the Chemical Biological Radiological and Nuclear Unit attached to the Southern Naval Command engaged in this sterilizing campaign.

Meanwhile, to stop further spread of coronavirus, the Navy will be conducting disinfection programmes at many other public spaces.
