(UTV|COLOMBO) – Mangala Samaraweera in his capacity as the Finance Minister is expected to submit a special Cabinet paper pertaining to the Budget for the financial year of 2019, before the Cabinet of Ministers on Wednesday (02).
Cabinet meeting is scheduled to be held at the President’s Official Residence under the patronage of President Maithripala Sirisena.
