(UTV | COLOMBO) – Former Sri Lanka Captain Mahela Jayawardena has been appointed as the Consultant Coach for the national teams for a period of one year effective from the 1st of January 2022.
Sri Lanka Cricket issuing a statement said Jayawardena in his new role, will be in charge of overall cricketing elements of the national teams and will provide strategic support for players and management teams at the High-Performance Center.
