(UTV | COLOMBO) – The Ministry of Transport emphasizes that public transport services have still not been made operational due to the extension of the travel restrictions between Provinces.
However, the State Minister of Transport, Dilum Amunugama said that the COVID-19 Committee has been made aware of the difficulties faced by the commuters and steps will be taken to commence limited inter-provincial public transport services in the near future.
