(UTV | COLOMBO) – The island-wide operations carried out by the Police to arrest the persons who are driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs, are being continued.
Sixteen deaths have been reported due to road accidents from around the country yesterday (15), marking it as the highest number of deaths reported due to road accidents per day.
