(UTV | COLOMBO) – A suspect connected to a criminal gang has been arrested by Police in Udayarkattu, Pudukuduirippu.
The Police Media Unit said the suspect was arrested by a group of officers attached to the Mullaitivu Special Task Force based on a tip-off.
Police also seized 17 miligrams of heroin, a motorbike and several sharp weapons in the suspect’s possession.
Further investigations are being carried out by the Pudukuduirippu Police.
