Colombo Mayor Vraîe Cally Balthazaar visited the Colombo Grand Mosque on Thursday, July 17.
On arrival,the Mayor was welcomed by the mosque chairman Tahir Razeen and other members of the management board.
During the visit, she toured the mosque premises and inquired about the shortcomings of the mosque.
The mosque chairman, secretary and former chairman gave a presentation on the history of the mosque and its current activities.
