(UTV | COLOMBO) – Event Organiser Chandimal Jayasinghe and Model Piumi Hansamali who were arrested by the Fort Police in Colombo on charges of violating health regulations for organising a birthday party at a hotel in Colombo, have been released on bail.
The duo were produced before the Hulfsfrops Magistrate’s Court and released on Rs. 1 million personnel bail.
The case would be taken before the court again on 27 August.
Fort Police is investigating to arrest others who attended the party through the surveillance footage (CCTV).
