(UTV | COLOMBO) – Troops of the 4 Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment (SLSR) under command to the 551 Brigade of the 55 Division under the Security Forces – Jaffna took into custody a stock of 48.9 kg of Kerala cannabis (Ganja), a fishing boat and two scooters during a beach patrol, conducted with Navy troops in a hide-out along the Point Pedro coastal belt.
Those recoveries were handed over to the Point Pedro Police station for further investigations.
