UTV | COLOMBO – The main shooter of underworld gang member Maddumage Lasantha Chandana Perera alias ‘Angoda Lokka’, Asitha Hemathileke alias ‘Solta’, has died in Police gunfire.
Police said ‘Solta’ has attempted to hurl a hand grenade at Police in Weliwita, Mulleriyawa last night, when Police opened fire at the suspect.
He is charged with several murders and served a prison sentence as well.
