Filmmaker Alex Garland (“Ex Machina,” “Annihilation”) has finally set his sights on his next film project which has been setup at A24.
Jessie Buckley (“I’m Thinking of Ending Things,” “Chernobyl”) and British acting veteran Rory Kinnear (“Skyfall,” “Penny Dreadful”) are in talks to star in the project titled “Men”.
Garland penned the script which follows a young woman who goes on a solo vacation to the English countryside after the death of her ex-husband.
Scott Rudin, Eli Bush, Andrew Macdonald and Allon Reich will produce. Garland most recently helmed the FX limited series “Devs”.
