(UTV | COLOMBO) – Attorney General (AG) Dappula De Livera directed the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) to arrest Inspector of Police (IP) Lasantha Rathnayaka, Sub-Inspector (SI) Nishantha Silva, and Police Constable (PC) Premakumara for conspiracy and murder over the killing of ‘Army Suranga’.
