UTV | COLOMBO – State sector employees who were unable to cast postal ballot will be able to do so today and tomorrow.
The Election Commission said those eligible to cast ballot can vote today between 8.30am and 4pm and tomorrow between 8.30am and 2pm.
Accordingly, The National Election Commission said individuals who were unable to cast postal votes can visit the election office in the district in which their respective place of employment is situated in order to vote.
705,085 electors are eligible to cast postal ballots for the 2020 General Election.
Seven days of postal voting took place earlier.
