(UTV|COLOMBO) Five Sluice Gates of the Upper Kotmale and Laxapana Reservoirs have been opened due to heavy rainfalls experiencing in the Western slopes of the Central Hills today (15).
Three Sluice Gates of the Upper Kothmale Reservoir also opened early this morning.
People on the downstream are requested to be vigilant.
