Austin Fernando appointed as Sri Lankan High Commissioner for India

(UTV|COLOMBO) Austin Fernando, former Secretary to the president, has been appointed as Sri Lanka’s High Commissioner to India.

He has been appointed by President Maithripala Sirisena.
