Wimal, Prasanna before Privileges Committee today

(UTV|COLOMBO) – Joint Opposition (JO) Parliamentarians Wimal Weerawansa and Prasanna Ranaweera have been summoned before the Parliamentary Privileges Committee today (16).

Ranaweera, Weerawansa and several other JO Parliamentarians behaved in an unruly manner during the Parliament session on 03 July when the statement by Parliamentarian Vijayakala Maheswaran regarding the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE) Organisation took centre stage in the Parliament.
