US – Sri Lanka Navies holds talks on matters of mutual interest

(UTV|COLOMBO) – United States (US) Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Navy (International Programmes) Rear Admiral Francis D Morley with a delegation met Commander of the Sri Lanka Navy, Vice Admiral Sirimevan Ranasinghe at the Naval Headquarters in Colombo on Monday (25).

Thereafter, they held cordial discussions on matters of mutual interests and Commander of the Navy paid his gratitude to Rear Admiral Morley for the cooperation extended to the Sri Lanka Navy. Mementos were also exchanged symbolizing the event.

Deputy Chief of Staff and Director General Operations Rear Admiral Piyal de Silva too attended this occasion.
